Our waitress was very helpful when we were choosing which wine to have.She took our food order when she delivered wine and water to our table.Food arrived very quickly, starters were delicious,the mushrooms could have done with a little more flavour,trout and crab rillett was very tasty.Traditional Christmas turkey dinner arrived at the table hot and plentiful. We wernt able to have dessert as we were full up!

I am so hungry, I suddenly think that when I am in the UK, I can often be fed by a potato, and I feel that I am quite well raised, hahahahaha... I found a bar called &quot;The eagle and child&quot; in Oxford with my friends. I have been curious about the name of this bar. Because I don&#39;t drink, we really just went to eat, and didn&#39;t drink a drop of wine. Hahaha..., most bars in the UK are still more serious, and there are some characteristics of their own!

This is a local ice cream shop. This shop is really great. It is very suitable for eating ice cream desserts. There are many types of ice cream inside and the taste is great. It is definitely the best choice to come here.

Pierre Victoire This French restaurant is worthy of my praise for the enthusiasm and thoughtfulness of the waiters. Compared with ThaiKun, who is very indifferent to Chinese and forced to tip across the street, the PV service attitude is really full. Red wine stew beef is very tasty, I don&#39;t understand why someone will give a bad review to the beef. And I like Qingkou too much, I must be the female goose of the sea in my last life. ​

Well presented, tasty food with standards and some interesting options on the menu, attentive friendly service.

Our waitress was lovely apologetic for the lack of heating, it was so cold in there. We were sat next to a radiator which we placed our coats over to block the cold coming from the radiator. Very crowded tables to close together no room. Possibly the worst time I&rsquo;ve ever visited The Red Lion which is sad as normally enjoy going there.

The lady that was serving the &ldquo;restaurant &ldquo; section greeted us nicely and promptly took our drinks &amp; food order.They were out of most drink but managed to order something and she was accommodating to our request.The drinks took a while and we had to ask again.The starter came out quickly, it was your standard baked camembert, no complains there, we finished and had to wait a fair amount as our server wasn&rsquo;t there, she came back, took payment for the other two tables and didn&rsquo;t pay much attention to us. Our starter was removed as the mains arrived.The mains (Beef Sunday Roast) looked like they&rsquo;ve been sitting on the pass for a while. The meat was overcooked and super dry as were the yorkshire puddings, I asked for more gravy but it never arrived. The potatoes seemed completely boiled and slightly roasted and with the three key elements so dry and disappointing, we didn&rsquo;t venture the rest of the vegetables.Overall it wasn&rsquo;t a good experience, one of the worse Sunday Roast I&rsquo;ve had

Went for a Sunday roast with family from out of town, however we found out once we got there that they were out of roasts.  This was very disappointing.  The food we did get was quite good however.  As well, the facilities worked well for us with a toddler. They have a high chair and change table available making the booking much less stressful
